In the department for neurosurgery, spine surgery and special pain therapy patients are treated with illnesses of the spinal column and disks as well as the peripheral nerves both with pain therapy and with operations. All modern therapy procedures for the treatment of chronically pain-ill patients are available. Patients can be treated both ambulatory and short term stationary in the Nova Clinic.
The Department of Neurosurgery is European Reference Center for Disc-Nukleoplasty®, as well as International Reference and Training Center for cervical disk prostheses (Prodisc C).
